Budget wrangling is leading Governor Pat Quinn to veto the only budget—a no-tax budget—that lawmakers sent him. Man Found Dead in Parking Lot WBGZ Radio | Jul 2, 2009 74-year-old John R. Christian was found dead yesterday morning lying in the parking lot next at the Marian Heights Apartments.
