Two state senators are renewing their push to end what they say is discrimination in the auto insurance industry. Legislation has been introduced before, but supporters say they now have new data to back up their effort.
Senator Dan Biss of Skokie says the study from Consumer Reports and Pro Publica found certain drivers are paying at least 10% more than their counterparts in other areas.
