Organizers of the first Empower Music Festival have postponed this Saturday night's show. Originally planned for 5pm at the Alton YWCA, it recently became apparent a bigger venue would be needed. That's a good problem to have, says Executive Producer Jacob Henderson.

Henderson is also the Director of the Excellence Arts Academy at the YWCA, a program that offers minorities more opportunities to explore and excel in the arts. The concert will be a fundraiser to support the development of the program. Henderson expects to have a new date set for the concert by the time he is a guest on Let's Talk on Monday, July 16.
