State election officials have ruled that Green Party candidate Paula Bradshaw will be on the November ballot in the 12th Congressional District race. The winner of that race will replace retiring Democratic Congressman Jerry Costello. The Illinois State Board of Elections confirmed Wednesday that a challenge to Bradshaw has been dropped.
Bradshaw faces Republican Jason Plummer and Democrat William Enyart in the November 6th election.
