Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan is warning parents about the recall of a popular baby seat. The problem with the Bumbo baby seat most often occurs when it’s set on a table or other raised surface. Nearly two dozen babies have suffered skull fractures because they can easily wiggle and fall out of the seat, says Madigan spokesperson Maura Possley.
