The Upper Alton Association's first "Souper Saturday" soup cookoff and tasting on Superbowl Weekend has been postponed. Originally scheduled for this afternoon at the Holliday Inn Ballroom, organizers postponed the event as the time drew near. Steering committee chairperson Millie Hancock says they were running out of time to make it work.
