The Alton School District is set to welcome two new administrators in 2013 following last week's monthly board meeting. Dr. Barcus Jackson has been named the Data and Technology Director for the district and Cindy Inman will take over as the Curriculum Director for grades K-5.
Superintendent Dr. Ken Spells says that Jackson is a big hire for the district.
Spells also says that Inman will be a great asset for the district. He says that her background is very diverse and includes time spent as principal at Lewis and Clark and that she also has extensive experience in curriculum development.
Dr. Barcus Jackson will start working when school resumes in January. Inman is scheduled to start work in July.
