Jaroslav Halak had to make just 13 saves for his second shutout of the season, as the Blues blanked the Predators 3-0 at Scottrade Center Thursday night. St. Louis outshot Nashville, 24-to-13 on the night. The Bluenotes got goals from T.J. Oshie, Patrik Berglund (penalty shot), and Vladimir Tarasenko.
St. Louis improved to 3-and-1 on the year. The Blues hit the road for Dallas tomorrow (Saturday) night to face the Stars.
